Chocolate Fridge Cake


  • 450g plain chocolate
  • 1/2 packet (225g) digestive biscuits
  • 100g margarine
  • 2 tbsp rum/brandy/whatever
  • (optional) 100g nuts/raisins/similar


  1. melt the chocolate and margarine
  2. bash the biscuits
  3. mix it all together and put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours at least
  4. cut up into pieces and store in a tin in the fridge
